Mike helped the reviewer buy this property

Friendly professionalism at its best.

From first point of contact, Mike was nothing but welcoming, friendly and professional. The knowledge and enthusiasm shown were qualities that made me feel very comfortable dealing with him. Through out the whole process, Mike has kept communication with me and the rest of the parties involved, and has helped me understand a few details I did not know, making me feel like all my questions were worth spending some time explaining until I understood and was happy with answers and decisions taken.
