We first met Mike when we lived in Perth back in the 1995 when he sold our house as we were going back over east. I had to go back in 2016 to sell my parents home, l did some searching and found that Mike was still in realestate. I would like to highly recommend Mike Novotny. He is very professional, with great market knowledge and negotiating skills. He has very nice personality making a pleasure to deal with. He made whole process of selling simple and hassle free.

After deciding to put our rental property on the market in January, 2016 we approached Mike Nowotny for advice as to how best bring the property up to a standard whereby it would sell quickly and for the best price. He visited the property and went through both the inside and outside offering suggestions to improve the property's presentation. We followed his advice and the property went on the market soon after. Mike immediately organised all advertising and within a week he had held one home open and had two private showings. He received feedback from these and advised us to lower our price in the current market. We did so and following another home open and a number of other private showings during the following week, an acceptable offer was put forward and we accepted.
