Mike was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of selling our property. He prompted us to apply for various forms and applications prior to settlement which saved lots of time when communicating with the settlement agency. We had long term tenants in our property and Mike was very client focused with them and communicated with them regularly to ensure a smooth transition for them as they were going to stay in the property with new owners.
