From start to finish, Michael went out of his way to make the process smooth and personal. He arranged for a private viewing before the official inspection so I could see the property before catching a flight. During that time, he took the time to understand my situation, asked questions, and gave great advice on how to submit the strongest application. Michael kept me updated, and even left a thoughtful housewarming gift and organised a lockbox for my keys when I couldn't collect them during business hours. I can't recommend him highly enough!
