First impressions of Mike was friendly, he made us feel relaxed and listened to our needs. Mike had a “can do attitude”, he gave us options and put in motion to list the property as quickly as we requested. We liked his no nonsense approach and felt comfortable dealing with him. He listened and understood our needs and was only too happy to work with us to make this happen. Met Mike on a Wednesday and the house was sold unconditionally by the Monday. Mike gave 100% effort to make the sale happen quickly and found us the best buyer. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Mike again and highly recommended him for his services.
