From original purchase to sale 8 years later

We bought the townhouse as an investment through The Professionals Harrington 7 years ago after seeing it advertised. It was a good experience as purchasers so we engaged The Professionals as Property Managers. Joan Parsons looked after the property, balancing the needs of tenants and ours as landlords. Although we lived in Sydney, Joan was always just a phone call away and knew who to engage for repairs and maintenance. We received monthly financial summaries like clockwork. Joan handed us back a property as well maintained as when we bought it. When we decided to sell, we didn’t hesitate to engage Mike and Leon to manage the sale. Even in a steep market downturn they achieved a good result and completely justified our choice of them as selling agents. Highly recommended as agents and property managers. The only downside of selling is we feel like we have lost some friends!
