We engaged Mick to sell our property in Werribee following a chance meeting between Barbara and Mick when he was 'door-knocking' in the area. We had tried to sell the house through another real estate agent, but their campaign was very badly planned and we didn't receive a single serious offer. Mick was always confident he could sell the house, and even though we ended up settling for slightly less than we had hoped for, this was down to the market conditions rather than any failing on Mick's part. A good example of his professionalism was when we cancelled a Saturday 'open for inspection' at short notice due to an illness - Mick turned up anyway and waited outside the house for half an hour, just in case any prospective buyers came to have a look. We signed up with Reliance for 90 days, though this was during the Christmas/ New Year holiday period and we expected the first couple of weeks to be quiet, and the house was sold after around 7 or 8 weeks. We would recommend Mick to anyone in the Werribee area who is thinking of selling, and wish him well in the future.
