Mike has now sold three properties for us, all without the horror stories you often hear about from people selling their homes. Mike sold our last home within about a week of listing it, and achieved the price we wanted, without the c#@p often associated with real estate sales. Mike supported my through the whole sale process from appraisal, through offering me suggestions on how I might improve my property for sale, how to minimize my selling costs and working with me every step of the way. The property was a bit challenging to sell as it was not the shiniest house on the street, but Mike always indicated he believed a sale would occur and this in turn made me believe it would sell also even though sales at that time were slow. Mike would always contact me immediately after the open inspections to let me know if there were any interested buyers, and keep me up to date weekly as to interest being expressed. I found myself sometimes getting demotivated but Mike would always pick me up and keep me hopeful that it was just a matter of time till a sale would result. It was good to have an agent who was always sensitive and supportive and who kept positive even when I wasn't and who kept my interests always first and foremost and was always ethical and professional.
