Very easy to work with

Mike was easy to get hold of, friendly and kept me up to date at all points of the sale. He has even helped me after the sale with getting the previous owner's new address to redirect mail. My only minor criticism is getting my name wrong during email correspondence (E.g. Chloe, Chantelle), although I imagine he's dealing with a large number of people the small details go a long way.
