We first met Mikyla and her team in 2018 as they were property managers and we were tenants. We were so impressed by our interactions with Mikyla and Steller Park that we asked Mikyla to manage our rental property and then several years later to sell it for us. Mikyla's advice was spot on - everything from when to sell, how to present the property, pricing, how to market and then best format to sell. I have sold a number of properties in different states over the years and I have never seen an agent work so hard to sell a property.
