This was meant to be a seamless and straight forward sale and move. My wife and I had asked Milad that during the sale he would help find us a rental. He looked us in the eye and said 'you have nothing to worry about, I have a team of 10 that will find you a place in the price range your looking in'. We signed the forms, as you do naturally. The place sold straight away. After 3 weeks, we asked if he had any rentals to view, he response 'I don't deal with rentals, just sales'. We saw red!! Never saw him again. We had to find our own rental. I advise you to find a different agent. Ray White are fantastic as a company, just this agent is at fault.
