Milad is totally honest, caring, professional and knowledgeable! He knows his business, knows the area, and has excellent people skills. He was kind and considerate and we cannot recommend him highly enough! He’s great!!

We were selling my father's property following his death. Milad went above and beyond to assist us - including arranging for the installation of new smoke detectors - to take as much of the stress off us as possible. Milad was also a no b.s. agent. He did not give us unrealistic expectations in order to secure the listing, but rather gave us facts ... what other places sold for ... what the market was doing. But he also let us know that there were no guarantees. We had a very quick sale, and an even quicker settlement. While the speed of things was stressful and full of emotion, I think Milad's constant positivity (he is seriously happy on each call) helped us get through it.
