I recommend Milan to anyone looking to sell a home. Milan was ethical and trustworthy in all his dealings with us. He was also super engaged, he gave us great advice and shared his knowledge about how best to present our childhood home for sale. He was easy to contact and always kept us up to date with developments. It was an emotional time for our family, with illness forcing Mum into a nursing home at short notice. and my brother and I having to sell our family home, which we moved into in 1974. Milan was sensitive to our circumstances and many times was required to act as family counsellor, as well as real estate agent. He was a great comfort to both me and my brother. Milan also managed the sale during periods when I was over east and my brother was overseas. His excellent coordination and communication skills were key to his success. We sold our home very quickly and were impressed with the effort Milan put into developing good relationships with prospective buyers.
