After multiple uninspiring property inspections, Bilal misrepresented an inspection on a WhatsApp group, claiming it was a video call while he was alone. When I sought to cancel the sale contract, Milan insisted on the exclusive rights clause. Security concerns arose as I discovered unlocked windows, and a bathtub was stolen despite giving exclusive access. Despite professional cleaning and staging, the house suffered damage during the failed sale campaign. The real estate agents and staging company distanced themselves from responsibility. I strongly advise against working with this group based on my frustrating experience.
