Miles and the Methven team were helpful and engaged at all times. From day 1, after missing the open house, Robyn turned up at 830 on a Sunday morning to enable me to view the property before I had to return interstate. Communication continued while I was on the road and bouncing in and out of areas with phone coverage and different time zones. The Methven team were in regular contact during the settlement period, and were more than happy to arrange the final pre-settlement inspection by a friend. When it turned out a couple of small issues arose, Miles was able to arrange these to be dealt with promptly before settlement. Unlike moving, the purchase of my new home was easy at all times.
