We managed to get one home open in before COVID hit, there were 46 people at that. Then the restrictions came into play and Miles moved into his own. Enter Miles Walton the man with his finger on the pulse of the interweb thingy. Over 200,000 views on facebook, over 130 email enquiries, 34 private inspections amid COVID-restrictions, 3 offers and sold in half the average sale time of the area. He manages to maintain a great balance between the vibrant, positive and upbeat fella that he is, with knowing that sometimes people just want to be left alone to meander around a rural property. His knowledge of the Serpentine/Jarrahdale/Peel region and its market is second to none. Always researching and always speaking with people in the area, nothing gets by him. He knows all the buyers, all the sellers, what's coming onto the market soon and he can read people and understand what it is they are looking for and make the connections required to find the right buyer or seller for a property. No; he has not paid me for this review.... although maybe he should. The bottom line is this: I have met all of the agents in the area, and met with a few to prospectively sell our place.
