Milly was a delight to deal with from the start. She was very informed about the area that we were selling in, and was able to draw on her experience and contacts to deliver us a outstanding price. Milly's initial price guide for our property was well over the other 3 agencies that also viewed our property. She stated her case for how her strategy would work and conveyed to us the confidence that she would produce the results. Milly was committed, communicative and left no stone un-turned during our time with her. She approached the sale of our property as if it was a matter of pride. She helped guide us through flaky buyers and less than ideal offers. Milly never once waivered, backtracked or claimed that the market wasnt there. She repeatedly told me that she knew that she could get the price she quoted, and wouldnt be accepting anything less. Our property never even went on the market. Milly had approx 40 groups of buyers come through even though we were still an "off market" sale. The data break down of buyers that Milly would provide to us, made us feel that we had our fingers on the pulse of what was going on, and were never left in the dark In the end we got exactly the price that we'd first agreed upon, with very little effort from our side.
