Our house was more than a roof over our head, it was our home. Over the years we transformed a vacant block into a home that will always be special to us. As our family grew, so did our home, extensions and renovations made it comfortable for a number of years, but we had outgrown it. It was not an easy decision to sell, so we needed an agent that understood what this place meant to us. Milly was that agent. Her friendly and bubbly personality was always pleasant to be around. Communication was second to none, keeping us informed every step of the way. Often texting both of us the same message. Open house and private inspections were scheduled well in advance and at times that suited us. More than this though, was her commitment to sell our home for what we believed it was worth. There were quite a few people that thought the higher end of our price range was unachievable, accept of course Milly. Perhaps ours is a good news story, given our home was only on the market for two weeks, but we both think this was largely due to Millys committed and professional approach.
