Prior to meeting Mina we had our property on the market with another local agent (RAY WHITE) for over 5 Months with absolutely no result, no feedback, no offers and a total of 5 buyers coming through our home that whole time, we were promised so much and got nothing in return. Meanwhile we noticed that Obrien Real estate were selling every property around us in a very short time frame, Mina really caught our attention when he put our friends property on the market and had more buyers in the first open home than we did in the 5 months, the property sold in 8 days with 3 offers on the table.
