We recently had the pleasure of working with Ming Body, and I can confidently say she is one of the best real estate agents we’ve ever dealt with! From the outset, Ming impressed us with her exceptional market knowledge. She provided clear, insightful advice about current trends and comparable sales, which gave us confidence in making the right decisions. Her understanding of the local market is second to none and allowed us to position our property perfectly. This was important because we live interstate. What stood out most was Ming’s communication. She was proactive and kept us informed every step of the way, answering all our questions promptly and thoroughly. We never felt out of the loop, and she always made time to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed. She was always available to take our calls on her mobile. Above all, Ming’s professionalism is exemplary. She handles every interaction with integrity and care, and it’s clear she genuinely prioritises her clients’ best interests. She would try her best to save us extra costs and expenses. Her attention to detail and calm, personable approach made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even enjoyable. We were able to sell the house in less than 2 weeks. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ming to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is a true professional and an absolute asset to the industry.
