My situation was quite unique with many moving parts and uncertainty. Ming was able to work with me where we had to revisit the contract several times to keep changing things as my situation changed. It was not the most cleanest sale/purchase which was solely based on my circumstances. Where most agents might have left me, Ming stuck by me to help me get into the property. I also want to thank the seller for being so patient.
