Ming sold our apartment in Dandenong in less than 2 months. He went above and beyond to find the best buyer and the best price for us. He is very knowledgeable about his market and the business. The whole transition process was smooth for us. It was too easy. We certainly recommend Ming.
As a first time home buyer, Ming was extremely helpful and patient with my queries. He knew that I am extremely interested with this property, he managed to convince the vendor to accept my offered price. It was definitely a win-win business transaction.

In our journey looking for an apartment in the Dandenong area we experienced a range of agents, some where terrible and I would not deal with some individuals again. And then there was Ming, we looked at a few properties with Ming and when we decided on the one we wanted and went through the process of discovery etc Ming was always available to discuss any issues, queries on process etc. We did encounter 1 issue that the vendor did not make all that apparent and after some meaningful discussions with Ming he brokered a deal with the vendor and the rest is history. Ming was at all times attentive, only too willing to assist and open to open and honest dialogue. I thank Ming for his efforts in assisting us with our purchase and commend Ming to all genuine purchasers.
