I originally bought my home from Ming during the pandemic and as a buyer found his service brilliant. This time as a seller, I went against my gut instinct, listened to a friends referral who had just sold their house and listed with O'Brien in Cranbourne. Fast forward 3.5 months of O'Briens over promising, under delivering, blatant false truths, no open inspections and paying $3k+ for marketing with no results- I humbly went back to Ming and asked his help. 2.5 WEEKS of having the listing and my place was sold for the exact amount I was wanting! He had interested buyers ready to inspect before the place was advertised and the day it went live online, he was walking people through for inspections. He had multiple showings throughout the first week- kept me informed of every person that came through and had an offer in the second week. There was no fuss, he was pleasant and easy to deal with, he knew the area well, he also knew my property better than I did and he got a result in 2.5 weeks. The best part is that he was capable and did all of this despite me living interstate the entire time! I would recommend Ming 1 million times over and have learnt my lesson- don't go against your gut instinct- list with Ming.

Ming is on Chris Zhang's team and he ended up being the one who sold my unit. The team has a great can-do attitude and both Chris and Ming were always contactable to address any issues I had. I have given 4 stars because it sold for less than I was estimated, but also there were other factors like timing (lockdown ended just after campaign started so more houses came on the market).
