I highly recommend prospective clients who wish to sell or even buy a property to liaise with Ming @ Harcourts.
Mr Ming Wang was a very good person. He was always available for me and respond to all my concerns about the land.
Ming was an intelligent, approachable, friendly kind of bloke. Being my first experience into the property market, Ming was able to coach me through any and all of my queries prior to and throughout the whole settlement process. Buying a house is scary. But Ming made it a very comfortable process.
I found my agent very professional and reliable. He help me throughout my journey for purchasing property and assisting me to purchasing property. If you are looking for professional advice I recommend Ming Wang. Good Luck
I contacted Ming regarding another property, unfortunately that wasn’t to my needs and Ming went out of his way to find me my first home, answered all my questions or found out from the owner straight away, sent me videos of the property etc. very professional and down to earth, very happy with his communication skills!
Ming got excellent customer service. Good communication Always reply on time. Highly recommended
Ming is very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. We had 2 weeks of lock down after the second open for inspection for my investment property. I was worried about my outgoing costs because the property was vacant while on the market. Luckily, Ming sold the property within the price range just after the third open for inspection. I was quite satisfied with how quickly he managed to sell the property despite the 2 weeks of lock down.
Thank you Ming for your efforts to help purchase property. Ming went the extra mile with follow up calls and further assistance to secure property.
Ming provided great customer service. He was easy to talk to, always available and kept me regularly up to date. He was flexible, adapting to covid lockdowns and restrictions. Doing extra private inspections. Ming made the process easy. I selected Harcourts Dandenong because they had good local market knowledge and experience recently selling similar properties.
We had an extremely positive experience purchasing property through Ming from Harcourts Dandenong. Ming went out of his way to meet us for an inspection outside of the scheduled time, at short notice. His knowledge, professionalism and friendly approach throughout the entire process was excellent and much appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending Ming. Thank you Ming.
We had great success in the sale of our apartment in Prahran and highly recommend anyone selling to give Ming at Harcourts a call, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
