He has good sales skills, respects sale timeframes due to my personal reasons, has very good customer service, communication and troubeshoots issues fast with best outcomes. Ming was very prompt in providing updates to ensure a smooth transition in purchasing the property. However, the only factor that lowered my score was that due to the property being a corner property I was not informed at the time of purchasing the property that a permit may be required to move the side fence closer to the road and to build a front fence.
