I contacted Ming after finding him on another apartment listing for an apartment complex I wanted to purchase in. The property he had listed did not suit my needs as I was looking for a one bedroom apartment. I had looked at other one bedroom apartment with other agents and put offers in only to have the apartments sold on me without any communication from the other agents or the ability to counter offer. I was devastated as this was my first purchase of a property. I explained all this to Ming and also explain that it was the first time I was purchasing a property. Ming took the time to understand my needs for a potential property and told me that he had a potential new client that was considering selling his property and would communicate with the owner and get back in contact with me. It took Ming no longer than an hour to make contact and schedule a time for me to inspect the property. Obviously Ming had listened to exactly what I was looking to purchase for my first home. The apartment he showed me suited my needs exactly. As the property had not hit the market as yet Ming had to get the current owner to get the Sec32 together so I could send it to my conveyancer to look over. Ming made this process seem less and very quick. He kept in contact and communicated well with me every step of the way. He informed me of things that I was unsure of and was always true and honest and was always available to talk. Obviously I purchased the above mentioned property and am happily living there now. I found Ming to be an honest agent, a man that kept his word which I found other agents didn’t and a man full of local knowledge and information regarding the area I was considering selling in. If I was looking at purchasing or even selling a property I would contact Ming again and have no problem with referring Ming to other potential buyers/ sellers. Ming you listen to me every step of the way, made the sale easy and seem less and were a true and honest agent.
