From Day 1 Ming was already very informed about the market, and specifically the area where my property was located. He advised me of properties that have recently sold in the area to give me an idea of the value of my own property, and gave me a very realistic goal to set as the asking price of my property. From the initial conversation to the final sale agreement, Ming has remained in constant contact with me, whether that be via email, phone calls or sms, and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. He is very accessible and very approachable, and answered all of my questions. Ming's approach from the beginning was very professional, but also very friendly. He explained that the best way to go forward is through a trusting partnership between the vendor and the agent. Once I gave him my full trust, Ming was able to put our plan into action and he got results very quickly. Laing and Simmons have a very nice presentation of the sale booklet online for the vendor's convenience, which summarises all the important info such as the amount of interest in the property and any offers currently pending. The floorplan and marketing was done nicely as well. Overall, very pleased with Ming and his team. Highly recommended.
