Miranda Jones from Hoskins Real Estate was outstanding from start to finish and then some. My 82yr old Mum finally decided to sell the family home she got designed and built in 1969 to move to Perth to be with me and her grandkids (after "commuting" to WA 2-4 times a year for 27 years). So I was in Perth through the whole sale process. We met (me on phone) with and got proposals from 4 of the top local Real Estate agents in Templestowe Lower, as well as Hoskins (out of area). Right from the start, Miranda believed in the unique appeal of Mum's property and gave an expected sale range $150K-$250K above what the local agents said they could get. Miranda arranged a stylist prior to photos to give advice & Mum wanted to do it herself. Miranda & team moved furniture, made beds, moved things to the shed, rehooked curtains. The Hoskins team were wonderful to deal with getting the advertising copy & photos- the photos were beautiful & really captured the feel of Mum’s home. Mum doesn’t have email and wanted to do by paper! Miranda accommodated and dropped off/ picked up paperwork through the entire process, explaining things to Mum & having a chat. And speaking to me on the phone often. Always amazing. Home opens were seamless and Miranda gave meaningful feedback given after each. After 2-3 home opens we had 2 potential buyers. 1 was lower than range which Miranda told them no. The other was within range and was negotiated an extra $50K higher. All within 2-3 weeks of listing. Achieving $150k - $250K higher than the ‘top’ local agents said. Miranda continued her wonderful support until well after settlement (she recommended an excellent lawyer) and Mum’s move to Perth.
