I've interacted with Miranda on two occasions on two properties we inspected with a view to purchase. On both occasions Miranda was warm, personable and a delight to deal with - I consider one of Miranda's unique strengths to be her ability to quickly build friendly relationships with buyers whilst navigating the complexities of working for the Vendor whilst making the buyer feel they have a stake in the game. Miranda's strengths as a sales person were at the fore in the closing stages of negotiations after we submitted our offer to the vendor which I'm delighted to say was accepted.

Whenever there was a particularly difficult situation with the tenant, Miranda was excellent in negotiating with him. All her emails to the tenant and to VCAT, were superbly composed during the time prior to him leaving before possible eviction. Miranda also referred me to many necessary tradesmen and handymen. She had an excellent knowledge of the right person for the job. The sale was not easy during a downturn in the market, but never the less was secured. To sum up, I would have no hesitation in recommending Miranda to anyone requiring help in Real Estate.
