I've interacted with Miranda on two occasions on two properties we inspected with a view to purchase. On both occasions Miranda was warm, personable and a delight to deal with - I consider one of Miranda's unique strengths to be her ability to quickly build friendly relationships with buyers whilst navigating the complexities of working for the Vendor whilst making the buyer feel they have a stake in the game. Miranda's strengths as a sales person were at the fore in the closing stages of negotiations after we submitted our offer to the vendor which I'm delighted to say was accepted.
