We loved the property and actually bought it that night, after a little negotiation between us and the sellers. When there were problems near to the settlement date MIRIANA made sure to reassure us that the sale was going through and even liased with our lawyers to allow us to take possession on the day scheduled originally, even though the settlement was delayed by 5 days. MIRIANA and BEN HYRAPIETIAN came to greet us on the day we moved in, with a beautiful boxed gift set of wine, a cheese board, a candle cheese knife, champagne spread and a packet of gourmet biscuits, and their congratulations and best wishes.
