Mish wouldn't respond to our offers and the negotiations dragged out for almost 3 months. Mish did not honour agreements made about handover conditions and denied and conversations previously had. We have bought and sold 9 properties in the last decade and Mish stood out for the wrong reasons. Less than desirable experience.

Mish was very pleasant and engaging at the start of buying our property. She appeared transparent, honest and friendly. That soon changed. Mish was extremely difficult to negotiate with, never valued our input or time, was extremely unprofessional and consistently dismissed us. Further she assured us the seller would do something at the property prior to settlement, we asked to put it in contract and she said it would be done. It wasn’t done and she refused to take ownership. We offered her the opportunity to fix the issue and she manipulated the situation. It shouldn’t be this hard to buy a house.
