We're so happy with our decision to go with Mishy to sell our Currumbin unit. We knew we needed to sell/upgrade but were sad to let go of our unit/first home. After chatting with Mishy (and a few other agents) she was never pushy, but when we finally decided to sell, Mishy and her team acted efficiently to get our property listed and selling to a schedule that suited our needs. Dave and Mishy were awesome. We met with them and immediately felt so comfortable..so we knew that buyers would feel the same. We listed the property with them, and within 4 days we were on the market. They marketed the property really well to generate a lot of interest and they acted upon this interest with intensity - follow ups were made, reports back to us - we were kept in the loop at all times. We've found Mishy Canning to be truthful, insightful, accurate and incredibly hard-working. Her 'no nonsense' approach rises above the games normally seen in the real estate industry.
