The sale of Alpha Ave

Our sale was a 6 month process as we wanted to buy a property before we sold Alpha as we didn't want to be homeless. We had been away from the coast for 10 year and I was very happy to see Mishy was still in Real Estate as we had originally purchased with her. Over the 6 months there where a lot of phone calls, email as we looked at houses & Mishy was always too happy to help answer my questions or give advice on any matter. We never sourced another appraisal for Alpha Avenue as I was very confident that we would achieve our expectation when we sold and she did.d. We sold Alpha Avenue at the first home open and as we had already signed a contract on another property Mishy negotiated a sale price that we would be happy.
