Mitch was thorough in all aspects of the sale of our property. We were able to get the price that we were comfortable with and tried multiple strategies to get that price. The market was a little frustrating at the time of sale going through an election and end of financial year period however with specific marketing at the right time we were able to create some buying pressure and allowed for the sale price to be obtained. Mitch was great at first. Very helpful with the process of purchasing my new home. However at the time of my final inspection, I asked to have the lawns mowed as the property had been vacant for some time and was no longer in the same condition as at the time of signing the paperwork. Mitch said he would get the lawns done and I was happy to settle on his word. However, settlement came and went and the lawns were still a disgrace. I called him time and time again. He proceeded to tell me it was the original vendors issue and then the real estates issue. Nothing happened but the pointing of fingers of who was gonna have to foot the bill. I had a quote done which would be $160. In the grand scheme of things, $160 compared to a $400.000 sale is a drop in the ocean. But still nothing happened. Three weeks later with still no communication from Mitch, I gave in and done the lawns myself. Very disappointed with the after sales service. He was more than happy to chase me for money, but ask a simple task and he didn’t want to know about it.

Mitch was great every step of the way. Given this was our first house sale, we had plenty of questions he was happy to answer. He never made us feel a burden with all the questions and was fantastic keepig us updated with everything along the way. I would definately use Mitch and the Ray White team again and highly recommend them.

Mitch kept in touch here and there, I would have liked him to have rang me more often when similar properties came up. When I came across this property however, Mitch was great to deal with. Not having bought properties on a regular basis, he made things fairly straight forward, replied to my calls and texts promptly and was very approachable during this time.
