Sold a few houses now without any dramas through a different agency. Thought we’d give someone else a go this time, BIG MISTAKE! It was the worst experience ever.!

We appreciate that you took the time to provide a review for the sale of your property. I am very sorry to hear that your selling experience fell short of the high standards of our Agency and for myself as an Agent. I have worked long and hard in the local Collie area to build up a good, honest reputation and pride myself on that. I assure you that we value our clients and take great pride in providing exceptional service. As I have expressed to your personally, I was very saddened by your review submitted as I felt that myself and my team did everything we could possibly do to ensure a successful settlement for all parties in the circumstances. Unfortunately as you aware, your shed did not have the correct approvals to which was only discovered after the buyers pushed for a physical copy of the approvals vs a written list of approvals that you had provided. I know that you felt that our requests for copies of these approvals meant that I was not working in your best interest and that our loyalty lie with the buyer who was requesting items that you felt that you had already provided as part of the contract requirements. At the end of the day, we worked extremely hard to find a solution and to push to get a retrospective approval for your shed through council on your behalf, to allow the property to settle on time. I apologize that in this instance you felt any less than supported by me, and I wish you all the very best in your new home.
