Easy to work with and very compassionate.

We were the buyers so technically were not Mitch or Emily's clients (some seller agents don't really care about the buyers in this market.) but I felt they were very respectful and helpful with the whole buying process. We had a couple of extra challenges being out of town which they were very helpful with. We also had some extra challenges with an unlawful occupant of one of the properties we purchased through them (long story not their fault nor probably really). Emily in particular was very helpful and caring in regards to this situation. It was managed well and turned out well in the end.
