The overall experience selling our property through Ipswich Real Estate was easy and effort free (on our behalf anyway) Mitch worked tirelessly to not only sell the property but obtain far more than what we expected the market value to be. Mitch will definitely go that extra mile off his own back to ensure results, this was clearly evident when he still was writing sale contracts on Christmas Day. Even if a sale fell through I was confident that Mitch had another buyer signing contracts two days later and there was nothing to worry about. Mitch was everything you could ask for in an agent when buying a home. He responded quickly to communication; he was clear in his statements. Mitch was very knowledgeable regarding the buying process and helped us 'jump the hoops'. Nothing was too much trouble. He did everything he could to make the process as painless as possible. Mitch has a really good knowledge of the Ipswich area, and surrounding areas. Always on time at open house, if not early. Punctuality & communication is a big thing for me. If you call Mitch and don’t get an answer, rest assured, your call, text or email will be followed up promptly when he finishes with whatever was at hand when you were trying to reach him.
