With poor weather, Christmas season then COVID 19 it is hard to judge the result of my house sale. Ten months is the longest I’ve ever had a property for sale and the price dropped greatly, but the main reasons may be more to do with circumstance than personnel. Mitch was always friendly and usually available. The initial photos were not great but the later ones were better.
Mitch was professional but remained relaxed. His approach suited us. W@e find selluing houses stressfull and Mitch helped us avoid this.
