We met Mitch at his office when we were looking for an agent to sell our townhouse. Mitch impressed us with his enthusiasm and energy and we decided to choose him over another agent who we had been to earlier that day. Mitch negotiated with us an incentive-based commission which we could see would be in our best interests. Mitch worked hard to get the best price for us and was obviously disappointed when a buyer who had offered a very favourable price pulled out.
