Mitch and his team have surprised us from the start. From the initial phone contact when Mitch answered my enquiry after hours, to the moment we gave the go ahead and everything fell into place like a well- oiled machine. Bailey was on to everything. Organising, booking people- and always updating us and sending us reminders. The sales team always arrived at the open houses ready to go, and well presented to greet buyers. Mitch was always a great help making sure everything was in order for buyers. The star of the show has to be Erika. She loves a chat but always works hard in the background. Our sale was achieved with Erika’s great relationship with the buyer and she kept us updated throughout the whole process. Reassuring us, being kind and polite were the keys to getting us over the line. The team’s negotiating skills came to the forefront in a difficult market.
