I first met Mitch at the open inspection of a unit which I later purchased at auction. Mitch has an amazing ability to make inspections enjoyable. He is so friendly and positive and has a wonderful and engaging personality. I liked that at each inspection I attended he made the effort to speak to every person (even though, as a buyer, I secretly hoped he wouldn't). Mitch always followed up with me after an inspection and I appreciated that he was encouraging but not pushy. Communication skills are exceptional.
