Mitch showed great enthusiasm from our very first meeting. Being a local of the area, he understood the highest valued selling points in which to market the property. Communication was maintained on a regular basis through text, calls, WhatsApp and group calls. Any queries were answered in a very timely manner. The process was well explained to us as to how to deal with public enquiries and what to expect at time of auction. All information was relayed to us from "open home" days and we had face to face meetings on a weekly basis during the campaign.
