I met Mitch Kenyon a couple of years ago when I was first considering selling my unit. After our first meeting I think Mitch suspected I wasn’t really ready to sell, but he didn’t push me. He kept in contact with me for the next 2 years including giving me good advice and referring me to local tradesmen when I needed them. He still didn’t pressure me to sell and I felt we had become friends during this time. I found Mitch very open and honest and I trusted him. I eventually decided to sell my unit in August 2026. It was just after the new budget had changed the negative gearing and CGT rules and there was a lot of noise about falling house prices. Mitch reassured me that he would work very hard to get me a good price for my unit. My unit sold 3 weeks later for the exact price I had dreamed of. Thank you Mitch.
