Mitch was diligent in his preparation of the sale of my property and though the Auction didn’t eventuate due to lack of participants the property sold soon after. The price achieved was considerably less than I had anticipated based on advice received prior to the property being put up for Auction. In retrospect I think it would have been better to put it on the market at a stated price.
