My recent experience with YPA and Mitch Smith , as my sales agent , was high class. I was convinced by his professionalism, transparency and negotiation skills. He was clear with his expectation setting regarding communication, pricing guidance and requirements from a seller. Though the market conditions eventually dictated the pricing , he was quite communicative through the process and managed my expectations to his very best. Eventually I had a hassle free sale.
