We came to Mandurah in 2004 looking for a rental property. After dealing with a few different realtors, we chose to deal with Mitch Watt due to his genuine nature. This year we decided to sell the property that Mitch had sold us, so we looked him up and asked him to sell it for us. Unfortunately the house had got into such a bad state, quite a bit of work was required in order for it to look presentable to sell. Mitch has excellent contacts with all sorts of tradespeople, who were able to to get the house looking amazing in a very short space of time. Mitch started the work beginning of April, house was advertised early May and sold end of May! Mitch is efficient, genuine and extremely helpful and I hope that he might fly to Melbourne and help us again when we want to sell our family home!
