Mitchal has some 20 plus years of experience in the industry and has selling and marketing techniques that work and enable you to relax a little through the process. He is rightly proud of his sales record and would be only to pleased to talk with you about that - I am sure! Mitchal is extremely professional and knowledgeable about Real Estate and he has a keen and engaging communication style. The Sales Campaign was initially focused towards an Auction date however with some advice on property presentation improvements, we successfully sold prior to Auction for a price beyond our initial thoughts. Mitchal is also an excellent and passionate Auctioneer with traditional style but unfortunately we missed seeing him in action again this time. I cannot speak more highly of Mitchal and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him as an Agent that you will feel comfortable with, but more importantly, that will get you the result you are after.
