Mitchell was chosen after marketing presentations to us sought from five Bathurst-region agencies; his enthusiasm, his 'drive' to attain our business, and his proposed tactics to attract bidders for our Auction were deciding factors. Throughout the four week marketing period, Mitchell provided us with daily up-dates on prospective bidders, expectations following invited inspections, and his analysis from those inspections. The Auction was a 'virtual' event with six registered bidders, two of which became very competitive with their bidding towards the latter part - achieving a result above our Reserve, and better than expected. We consider that Mitchell achieved top value for us, in a most business-like manner, and with true charm.
