Mitchell gave us a low to high opinion of what our property was worth. At the time I thought the low was too high, but I went along with it. As it turned out he achieved the high price for which we were very grateful and somewhat surprised. Not only that but because he has a wide knowledge of where prospective purchases are, our matter was finalized very quickly. He was at our place two days after we contacted him with a professionally prepared brief of the whole matter. He looked after our interests. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his response was immediate.

We dealt most will Ellen who was amazing. So easy to talk to and very flexible in fitting in inspections and chats in the phone. She had awesome advice and connections with building and pest organisation to make the process quite smooth. She really got to know both my partner and I what we were wanting. Had great knowledge about the property regarding potential for adding sheds, ect. Would highly recommend Bestwick real estate for any looking for a property to buy or sell.
Everything went smoothly. Seemed to be open and honest. We did wonder at why the offer had to be via the online form, when nothing we asked for in the offer, except the price was done (e.g. we put in a long settlement, but it came through to our solicitor as a short settlement). But, we weren't that worried. I'm sure if we were and had spoken to them about it, they would have negotiated. Very approachable and easily contactable.
Bestwick real Estate managed the whole process and provided excellent sales media to promote the property. Along with the staging of open days it always felt that they gave the property every chance to entice the right buyer. A good result in an acceptable time frame.
